Duties include but are not limited to:  Under direct supervision, performs

moderately heavy manual work cleaning school buildings. Responsible for a

variety of housekeeping tasks and  perform other related work as required by

supervisor.

Qualifications: High School Diploma, valid NY State Driver

License, three (3) years custodial experience 

preferred.

Immediate Supervisors: Building Head Custodian; Mr. Calvin Wilson, Business Consultant

Effective Date: 2025-2026 School Year

Hours: Varies by School Building

Salary: $22.09 per hour

SUBSTITUTE

MAINTENANCE MECHANICS

Duties Include but not  limited to:  skilled mechanic in one of the major craft or specialty areas such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, electricity, mechanical and welding; heating and refrigeration, roofing. Perform related work as required.

Qualifications: Either completion of Vocational Education Courses in a

vocational school program minimum of 2 years experience preferred;  Valid NYS driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle to be operated,.

Immediate Supervisor:  Mr. Kenneth Skeen, School Maintenance Crew Leader

Duration: 2025-2026 School Year

Salary: $26.68 per hour
